Whether for leisure or your business trips, its location is ideal to easily and rapidly get to the hypercentre and visit the historic city center and also get around the agglomeration, taste local pastries and spirits, going out ... 2 metro stations are 500 meters away and lead directly to the center in 5 min. Everything has been thought out to make your stay as pleasant and practical as possible, all you have to do is come with your luggages: - Before your arrival we send you a guide to prepare your stay and visit. It's extensive with all aspects of your stay (accommodation, shops, bars, restaurants, emergencies ...) - It's a self CEHCK-IN so no stress! Arrive whenever you want between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. (possibility of arriving outside of these hours, with a supplement of 15 euros, please contact us in this case) - The residence is secure. - The appartement will be all yours

You can also easily access the agglomeration, Zénith, Technopole, Vatine activity center, Les Docks, Univesities, etc. - Nearby (on foot): there are grocery stores, Bakery, Tobacco Bars, Restaurants, Butcher, Police Station, Pharmacies, Banks, Clinics, Aldi - The Saint Sever Center is 10 minutes walk or 3 metro stations from the apartment, - Take advantage of our tour itinerary so as not to miss the essentials of Rouen as well as the lesser-known places popular with Rouen, PARKING - Free parking in the Residence (1st come 1st served), on the apartment street and around (there is always space available) - Not accessible to disabled people (Apartment on the 1st floor)
