"Mid House" comes from the desire to revive Italian design excellence of the years 50 ' 60 ' to tourists from all over the world. The acronym MID has many meanings, including "MY ITALIAN DESIGN" which is a holiday home which gives the opportunity to everyone to live in Italy for a time. This thanks to the presence of an original paving of those years and some pieces of furniture of the most famous Italian designers like Italian Architect Gae Aulenti and designer lighting fixtures. MID also stands for "MODERN ITALIAN DESIGN" Modernism: a collection of personal accessorî therefore, industrially produced mostly furniture and appliances in the period between the years ' 50 and ' 60, and generally considered as evidence of the evolution of design. MID also stands for "MID Century House" ,an house that is born in the 50 "Mid Century Modern" typical of the movement but the birth of this acronym MID hides a sentimental value that goes beyond the sentimental value you can get for an object or to a House. Mid is also " MARIO ITALIAN DESIGN" and Mario was my uncle ,who left me as a gift his hospitality.
