Company information

We are Sara, Alessandro, Valentina, Silvia, Laura, Daniela, Loredana and Giuseppe. We have all worked for many years in different tourism tasks but in the end we recognized ourselves more in this type of hospitality, because it offers a different autonomy and independence than the hotel, which has taught us a lot, but which probably little resembles us. For some years we have been managing more than 60 apartments located throughout Italy and mainly in Lombardy, as well as 2 residences in Rho and from 2019 we are managing 2 apartment complex in the Costa del Sol. Renting a house instead of a room gives us the opportunity to establish a more familiar relationship with our guests. Through their needs, we understand their habits and what makes them feel good.

5 km from Milan Malpensa Airport, our 2 bedrooms apartment will welcome you with its modern styling and the peaceful sorrounding area near Ticino Park. it has a pleasant garden where you can relax at the end of the day enjoying a dinner with some friends or the family. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with sofa bed, table and an equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. You'll find also all you need for cooking such as pots and dishes. On the first floor, the attic with with exposed beams, has 1 bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the Ticino park and the second one with two separate beds. Private car park also available. Keys are in a safe box for a fast and easy self-check-in and Bnbook staff is available throughout the stay.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, close by Milano Malpensa Airport and the Ticino Park. To clean our flats we cooperate with a cleaning company that provides services also for hotels and focuses on the rooms disinfection by following the procedure based on experts’ and dictated by government’s and health organizations’ rules.
