Located in Banff, Peaks Hotel and Suites is 1.2 miles from Cave and Basin National Historic Site. Location was perfect, rooms were big and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, parking a bonus (although you pay for it) it's safe and there is always spaces available. Behind the hotel is Wild Flour, the coffee is fantastic but they get very busy. Loads of restuarants within walking distance, as is Banff Ave.

Upon arrival we were offered a discounted upgrade to a king suite !!! which was awesome! Room 251, lovely view, quiet area on the corner, easy access to the street. Great location on Banff St. Loved the rooftop hot pools!!! Pacini Restaurant was awesome! Enjoyed 5 nights celebrating our 30th anniversary!

It is near the Banff Gondola and Hot Springs and convenient to the Bus that runs every 20 minutes or so to the center of Banff. The Views are incredible and the amenities are super. Not the cheapest place, but one of the best. Highly recommended for that "special" trip ... great in Winter as well as Summer.

Grassi Lakes is a must visit when staying as it is only a 20 min drive with parking available. The hotel is very ideal and favorable most esp for a family group. Everything in the cabin is clean and comfortable. Although location is not within Banff town center, but the peace and serenity of the place was exactly what we wanted for this trip. Besides, the town center is easily accessible by Roam Transit and wow, the bus stop is right infront of the hotel. So grateful too for the complimentary bus tickets. All Front Desk staff are very professional and mindful of their tasks. Their reception of us were outstanding and exceptional. Kudos! Tunnel Mountain Resort is surely a great place to stay and we will definitely come back. I really missed Cabin 131!

Amazing room with a super comfortable and large bed! The view from the rooms and cabin to the river is so much more than you can tell by pictures. In general, I think it exceeded our expecations by a lot! We loved absolutely everything about it and dream that we can return in the future!
