Location was perfect, rooms were big and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, parking a bonus (although you pay for it) it's safe and there is always spaces available. Behind the hotel is Wild Flour, the coffee is fantastic but they get very busy. Loads of restuarants within walking distance, as is Banff Ave.

Upon arrival we were offered a discounted upgrade to a king suite !!! which was awesome! Room 251, lovely view, quiet area on the corner, easy access to the street. Great location on Banff St. Loved the rooftop hot pools!!! Pacini Restaurant was awesome! Enjoyed 5 nights celebrating our 30th anniversary!

Had a fantastic time at the Best Western, the staff were fantastic and incredibly helpful. I forgot my hat in the room, but didn't realise until the end of my trip. The staff were nice enough to mail it back to me, all the way to Australia.

Nice hotel in the center of Banff. Very nice price for the room. We were not interested in a room with a beautiful view, we only needed to stay overnight. Service is super. The rooms are well maintained. It is possible to have breakfast on site ( for a fee ) . Late check in, good wi fi , and if you like natural shampoos - they have them here. Cool👍
