EVERYTHING. what an incredible experience staying at this hotel. we were emailed with instructions to help us get in touch with the hotel via WhatsApp. after a quick message, someone came and picked us up in a shuttle from the train and drove us to the hotel. we were greeted (by name and with hugs) by Daniela who made our stay unforgettable. she is the warmest person and made us feel like we were staying with family. we were informed that we got upgraded to a bigger room which was amazing! after checking in, I went down to ask for another pillow and Daniella checked her computer and saw an entire apartment became available with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn and moved us to that room! she even helped carry our bags upstairs. we will absolutely be staying here when we come back for winter skiing and will be recommending this hotel to all. this hotel deserves 5 stars for service, comfort and location. PS. the bacon at breakfast was so good!

I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

Heaven on Earth!! Perfect location, in the heart of the town and 5min walk to the ski lift. Friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean rooms and amazing facilities. We especially loved the breakfast buffet where you can make your own waffels and pancakes while enjoying the view of the Matterhorn. Will definitely be back. Higly recommend Hotel Bristol!!

All the ataff were friendly. N we arrived at 9pm from luceren which was pass the dinner time as we booked the hotel room with breakfast and dinner. The receptionist and restaurant manager were very helpful n waited for us so we cld hv our dinner. Food was delicious. Room and facility was clean n well kept. Nice and comfortable hotel with a great location (10 min walk from the train station), lovely touches everywhere, the place with a family business history and at the same time really modern. Really nice administrators can help you with everything and advise what things the best to do in different weather conditions. We also liked the breakfast. SPA is a great bonus. At the end of our stay hotel taxi drove us to the train station. Definitely recommend this place :)

Great place to fully enjoy Zermatt and to relax. We were there for our 10th anniversary and got a very cute welcome surprise in our room. The staff were absolutely charming and kind. The real plus: view of the Matterhorn in the panoramic windows from every corner of the room: bed, sofa, entrance even from the bathroom. A special thanks to the kind staff for a remarkable stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The spa was relaxing and it was quiet. The Italian restaurant was wonderful and the bar was great too.

Location is excellent, walking distance from the train station. The room is good sized with excellent window views. Breakfast has typical offering of Swiss hotels. Swimming pool is also good sized with heated water.
