The staff upgraded my room upon check in. The room was spacious and comfy. It had a view of the river Ness and the castle. The spa and pool facilities were great. Was good to be able to soak after a long day of exploring the highlands. The breakfast was good.

We were booked for 2 nights but as soon as we arrived to our chalet we booked another 3 nights! Its like home away home! The chalet is so comfortable, cosy, warm. The whole resort is in a great location as Aviemore is just a wonderful little town. Scenery (for me as a foreigner from a flat country) absolutely gorgeous. Lots to do as a family and the areas roads and viewpoints are a must! Great place for a family holiday!

The atmosphere / vibe of the Inn, the location, the food, the staff, the amazing bar and restaurant out the back. Bonus - it was adults-only. Local musicians came and played for us on the Sunday night which really made our evening. The room was cozy, warm, the beds were really comfortable, and the views outside when you wake up of the mountains are incredible!
