The staff we met was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and so very kind. Roberta, Luca, and Matteo are true gems of employees. The Piazza Carlina hotel is most fortunate to have them.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like "Gods" we were treated extremely well, the hotel is stunning, the rooms are amazing. We had a junior suite with a lake view, it was magical. The food was amazing we were on a B&B rate and the breakfast had a great choice. We had dinner there on two nights and again, the food and service were amazing. We took a few "pool" days during our week and ate at the poolside restaurant and once again it was superb.
