Very well appointed hotel in the heart of the city, with beautiful gardens and fabulous decorations. To be completely honest it made Kanazawa one of our favourite trips. Staff were so helpful and the in-house self serving laundry was such a brilliant concept. Don’t stay anywhere else, loved everything in this hotel.

The host was super friendly, and always with a smile in the face. From the moment when we arrived, we felt at home. As well, in the reception it is a cafeteria and they have a great coffee and other drinks. They recommended us different restaurants and places to visit. My wife and I will definitely stay there again.

We ate at the lobby which has nice decoration. The free drinks came in handy during the hot weather. We also loved the udon served at night time. The location is convenient-close to everything we want to see.
