Our room was very spacious, bright and we had a nice view to the nearby mountains. Very comfortable bed!

The toiletries smell great - hair care, facial care, body wash 5. I feel that the scents used in the toiletries permeate the building. My room smelled great when I entered and after each cleaning.

Ubicación muy buena, cercana al castillo de Kumamoto y del centro de la ciudad. Dispone de parking por 1000 yenes la noche (más barato y mejor que dejar el coche en la calle) y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas para el estándar de Japón, aunque la que tiene dos camas separadas es mucho más amplia y recomendable por tamaño y comodidad. La habitación simple, con cama grande, está pegando a la pared y puede no gustar a todo el mundo (aunque casi todas las habitaciones con cama individual en Japón son así). El personal del hotel de 10.

Habitación bastante grande para Japón. Había baño público pero a diferencia del resto de hoteles donde he estado en Japón el de las mujeres no funcionaba con código, ni siquiera con tarjeta para entrar. Está lejos del centro pero a 5 minutos en tren de línea JR de la estación de Kumamoto. Enfrente hay un centro comercial con varios restaurantes y a 5 minutos andando un Seven eleven.

La ubicación, muy céntrica. Podias ir andando al castillo de Kumamoto y a zonas comerciales cercanas. El personal del hotel fue muy amable. Es un hotel sencillo y quizás algo antiguo pero estaba parcialmente renovado y cumple de sobra para un par de noches. No notamos ningún ruido.

AYCE dinner and breakfast buffets - including 9 types of unlimited sake and shochu! Quality and offerings of food were great. The place also has 2 onsens with mountain / caldera views which were so peaceful in the morning! And another one with an outdoor space. Finally, I loved the Showa era retro vibes.

The property exceeded my expectations. It provided us with a very relaxing stay, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The bath was very pleasant, although there was no open air public bath (contrary to the description). The room was spacious and comfortable. But it was the food that blew my mind: it was the most lavish feast I've ever had in onsen. It's also worth mentioning that the place is easily reached by the local bus.

Nice onsen and good food. The staff is very helpful, Mt Aso was closed for a few weeks before we arrived. She emailed booking.com to inform us on that night that the next morning is open. We managed to get there.

This is the best place I have ever stayed in OITA. The house is very nice and very cozy. It is very warm and the place is very beautiful! Even my mum and dad who do not normally say anything was very vocal how much they love the place. The owners were very helpful and very warm people too. Just a note that you cannot go here without a car because it is in the middle of the forest. But renting a car and going here was the best decision we have made for our whole Fukuoka trip!
