I stayed with my family, as it was cheap and we were only there for one night. But it was great. Huge room and bathroom, bed was super comfy. I was able to connect my phone to the TV and use free wifi. And had a simple but filling breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. You can notice features of a love hotel, however this shouldn't deter you from booking as everything was clean, discreet and can still be a great stay for a regular group of family or friends.

Open from June 2016, Toyama Onyado Nono boasts hot spring baths and is located in the heart of Toyama City, a 15-minute walk from JR Toyama Station. It features free WiFi and a restaurant. The moment when you walked in, everything is awesome. I took my family from Matsumoto to Toyama, and stayed in this amazing hotel. Compared to the last night we lived, Hotel Buena Vista in Matsumoto , was totally different even if you need to pay the same amount of money.

Toyama Excel is just a 3-minute walk from JR Toyama Train Station. It offers massage services and a daily breakfast with fresh fruits. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. Great place and very friendly stuff! The only thing that could be better is that there is no laundry place in the hotel, but there is a small laundry place very close to the hotel so it was convenient for us!

Just walk right towards the more modern mall, and you’ll see the lift for the hotel lobby. Hotel is clean and modern. Do try out the special Starbucks Teavana in the mall. We could monitor our laundry time, or to see which washer is available from the room. Very convenient

I love the breakfast at Toyama Manten Hotel. The reception was very friendly and the room was conscientiously provided for and clean. Furthermore the location is good, not too far to walk from the main Toyama station.

The building is obviously aged, and we were concerned what the room might be like when we first saw the carpets in the corridors (which need an upgrade) but were pleasantly surprised with the room given previous ratings and reviews. The traditional dinner was an amazing experience. Customer service wonderful.

The staff were really nice. I really like this place because of the staff. They went above and beyond for me. Also definitely a good stop if you're doing the kurobe alpine route.

a 2-minute walk from Kurobe-Unazukionsen station, 5 minutes from Unazuki Onsen station for the Kurobe Gorge railway. Room was super spacious and even though it said shared bathroom, there’s actually a full bathroom available and a separate toilet with a bidet. the resort is large with many things to occupy you (manga area, kids area, PC in common area) and the lobby area is huge too. onsen is nice and spacious with an open air section. the duvet was super fluffy
