He was not only professional but also genuinely attentive to my needs, making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The hotel itself was fantastic - clean, well-maintained, and with a welcoming ambiance. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff, with Ayoub leading the way. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and I will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you, Ayoub, and the entire team, for making my visit truly special!

Hôtel Souani is located a 3-minute walk from Sfiha Ajdir Beach and a 10-minute drive from Cherif El Idrissi Al Hoceima Airport. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and a bar in its lobby. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff, especially Ahlam, Naoual, Amal and Hamza, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a good view. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Soukaina and Fatima-Zahra were very professional during a super smooth checkin. The hotel is very well located, clean and cosy ! The service during the breakfast at the sky restaurant was fine as well, I highly recommended !
