But above all, the highlight for me was the superb staff - professional but friendly, accommodating and approachable. They went above and beyond in helping me track down a lost item and had it shipped to me after I left the city. It was fantastic customer experience and I will surely stay here again in the future.

Estuvimos en la suite de los novios el día anterior a nuestra boda, escogimos el hotel porque está a solo 3 minutos andando del antiguo stadhuis de Gouda dode celebrábamos la ceremonia. El edificio es el antiguo orfanato de la ciudad y el edificio tiene toneladas de historia y personalidad. La suite estaba llena de detalles y acabados de calidad. Me hizo especial ilusión las perchas con la palabra novia y novio que estaban en la habitación. La habitación fue perfecta para relajarnos la noche antes de un día tan especial, la cama comodísima con 4 almohadas, productos de aseo, y unas perlas de aroma vainilla para darse un baño. Si volviese a vivir ese día, no cambiaría nada. El personal fue, de verdad, excelente. Completamente encantados con le experiencia, volveremos.
