Ia Orna and Maeva Come and live the unique experience of Eden Taha’a We open the doors of our lost paradise to you. Spent 3 nights at this beautiful place. It really is spectacular. Manu and Marine are fantastic as are their team. The food was divine, rooms very comfortable and to sleep listening to the sounds of the waves in the distance. Kayaked over to the uninhabited island, used the paddle boards, snorkelled and also did the day trip to Taha'a to take in the pearl factory, distillery, vanilla plantation and snorkelling in the coral gardens as well as lunch on another island. Most people seemed to do 2-3 nights. In hindsight, I really wish we had done 4 or 5. The feel reminded me of the Maldives of the 80s and 90s but with the added bonus of gastronomic food and hot showers.

Set on Tahaa Island, La Perle Tahaa is nestled between a private beach and a coral reef, perfect for snorkelling and diving. Guests awake to lovely lagoon views from their private patio or balcony. The staff was amazing - Karine and Damien (I hope I am writing right). The cleaner was also very nice. We had local food and was amazing - breakfast and dinner. You can feel very welcomed by people in this island. There is an access to the water in front of the hotel and a very nice spot for snorkeling. You can go to a small motu by canoe, but it’s not easy work - the coral garden there is amazing, but there was some current, my legs paid the price (wounds). We also made a tour booked by the staff, it was one of the best tour of my life. You can feel how people love their island and respect the tourists and the fauna and flora.

TAHAA - Fare Motoi is set in Tiva and offers a garden and a terrace. Free WiFi is included throughout the property. The location was excellent - right on a calm ocean bay (With Kayaks and bicycles available for the guests to paddle or cycle around). I made my own breakfasts, but the host's mother gave me some fresh eggs, a loaf of freshly baked bread, and some delightful fruit pastries (Homemade), upon my arrival. One of the staff also gave me a fresh coconut and the milk inside was delicious! The house and property are beautiful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation to others traveling in the area! :-)
