Hotel Paris is situated in the medina, just a 5-minute walk to beaches. It offers 24-hour reception and guest rooms with free Wi-Fi and views of the old town. I had a really wonderful time staying here, as the bedroom and toilets were very clean, the staff was very kind and helpful, and it was in a good location. I intended to only stay 2 nights initially, but kept extending as I decided to do many short trips from Sousse. I ended up spending a week total at this hotel. The toilets and showers are shared (but separated by gender), but I was very happy with them as there were always very clean, and there was always enough toilet paper. The location is right on the edge of the Medina and about a 10-minute walk to the train station and a 30 minute walk to the louage station. The staff, especially Mohamed, was very kind and helped me to figure out some logistics as well as the best ways to plan for siteseeing. Reception can speak English and French. Really great price value, and I recommend it to all travelers!

This resort is located in Sousse city centre with access to a private beach. It offers salt water outdoor swimming pools, and a well being and fitness centre. The resort was amazing and clean. The staff were nice and welcoming; everyone of them was smiling at you and willing to help. The prices were low compared to the service and the sea view we had. It will definitely be my go-to hotel in Sousse. Big thanks to the amazing staff!
