Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

El alojamiento cuenta con recepción 24 horas y parrilla. la habitación es muy grande y cómoda. cuenta con instalaciones modernas. el baño es amplio y la ducha muy buena. todo muy limpio. el personal muy simpático y bien dispuesto. el trato es muy cálido. el manager excelente, se presentó, nos pidió sugerencias a mejorar y nos dio recomendaciones. restaurante buena comida. excelente estadía, muy recomendado. sigan así! gracias!!

El Serene Crest Resort & Spa se encuentra en Mananthavady, a 14 km del templo de Thirunelly, y alberga un restaurante. The property has beautiful scenic views and has all the required amenities like a play area, swimming pool and a garden. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and the food served was delicious. The food is cooked fresh based on the guests request. We stayed here for 2nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone especially families travelling with kids.

Rosetta by Ferns in Sakleshpur is sort of a hidden gem. There are many things that they do so well without fanfare. At each meal, we were counting tables without little children! This place seems a huge hit among families with children. Traveling with our 6yo, we felt right at home. At 3.5 hours drive from Bengaluru, it’s not a tiresome drive to reach here. The lake, the huge Teatro restaurant, the coffee plantations, the birds and the trees were all pleasant surprises for us. We travel often and I’m used to mediocre staff at other places. But the staff here are fantastic. Every time we approached anyone, they were professional and took care of things. During the busy breakfast hours, one could see managers get hands on, clearing or setting the tables themselves to help guests settle down faster. This must be a great place to work for the staff. Our 6yo got to bake a pizza and cookies right in the kitchen!! And also had a art session with more than a dozen kids. The staff handle kids with aplomb. I had read praise for the food in the reviews. I was impressed despite the high expectations. I’ve written more than I intended. Fantastic place. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend!!!

Initially we had planned to stay in Munnar but then changed our mind and that was a right choice. Location of the hotel is on the hills and all rooms have a very beautiful view. Its a very quiet place to stay. Territory of the hotel is very greenery. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfasts have a wide range of dishes and beverages. We also had two dinners there. Food was always fresh and well cooked. Room service is available there. All members of the staff were very helpful, especially receptionists and restaurant personnel, including Sharath. We received recommendations for the destinations we could visit within 2 days and had very good excursions made by car. Also we were helped with organising our transfer to Mariri beach.
