The facilities were also clean and very fun to spend time in. The onsen was really nice! Our overall stay was very good.

The onsen was also amazing and I went there every night. I also really liked the cute decor and furniture of the hotel lobby; each piece was unique but worked together well. My family really liked Kiki and I was sad to leave.

The staff are so professional and courteous fm the doorman to everyone you come into contact as they all seem so conscious they have a very high reputation to maintain as The Top hotel in the region.
