In a word everything. The property is like something out of a James Bond movie. The room was excellent with two onsen, one outside with an incredible view. The layout of the room and the decor were to our taste and amazing in its simplicity. This aspect was evident it the rest of the hotel, from the corridors with work windows strategically placed, to the communal areas. The Kaiseki dinners were also excellent and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful.

Buffet and Asian breakfast options with local specialities and fruits are available each morning at the ryokan. The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The staff were amazing, and the food was incredible.

The en suite bathroom has a bath tub and free toiletries. very well cleaned and maintained, the onsen was fantastic, the room was spacious overlooking the ocean. the staffs made sure we were well taken care of. genuinely an amazing experience.

Traditional souvenirs such as origami and bookmarks are offered to guests for free. Free Wi-Fi is available. The host was super nice, drove us to the station in the morning which was really helpful since it was raining. The bath was great after a long day and there was even a great festival going on right next to the acommodation.

Some come with a private open-air hot-spring bath. Great Breakfast. Dinner is excellent. Absolutely delicious. Staff is so friendly.
