The room we had was on the 5th floor and we had access to a huge deck /patio was nice to sit and relax with my spouse . The staff was also extremely helpful and kind.

The staff was nice (specially the Valet), and the room was big and confortable. We also used the gym everyday and it was big, with lots of machines and equipment. I would suggest, though, to better signal directions towards the pool, as people got lost and wandered in the middle of the gym.
