We liked the kettle, cups and tea in our room. The staff was lovely and the breakfast huge and very good. The unique location was fantastic. The hotel complex included a whole art and culture exhibits and demonstrations. It was very close to the main complex of religious building and museums in the town. Easy street parking.

Dispondo de jardim e vista da cidade, o OUR House é um Cama e Café (B&B) recentemente renovado, localizado em Vagharshapat, a 1,8 km da Catedral de Etchmiadzin. We were given a better room than we'd booked; the larger double with an ensuite. The room was great, comfy beds and air con! We could park our car on the driveway. Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining room you can chill out in and cook meals. The host family are very friendly and live in the house next door so they're always on hand if you need something, but you also have plenty of space. It's just a 5 minute walk to the town centre and the church, but it's in a very quiet residential area. We loved the place so much we extended our stay by another night.

When you open the door of this Family house you feel yourself as a family member, so kind and supportive the host family are. There are comfortable rooms with self-made contemporary furniture and high quality mattresses, modern full-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony with perfect view. Breakfast… probably I’ve never ate so much in the morning because it’s absolutely amazing. WiFi is strong and fast, more than enough for videoconferencing. Moreover it’s environmental friendly house with solar panels and water heaters, that’s still unusual in Armenia.
