We loved everything about our stay here. The team was very friendly in communication before arrival. We arrived at 1:30 pm so they checked the property for us and as it was available allowed us an early checkin. We stayed in the 1br apartment which was very clean and to the best standard. It is 10 mins walking distance to the old town as well as MirabelPlatz. When the team realized we were trying to print our train tickets, they offered to print it for us - a very nice gesture from them really. We look forward to our return here again soon.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The check-in was easy. There is free parking. It's around 20min walk from the city (which doesn't sound much but it adds up after a whole day of walking).

The room was spacious and very comfortable for a family of 3. The heated floors were such a delightful surprise! Had issues with the lack of hot water but was resolved promptly. Despite being contactless, the service/communication was quite fluid and efficient.

鍵の開け方がわからず、メールで問い合わせたら、すぐに対応してくれました！近くにいた清掃員の方が快く教えてくださり、とても助かりました！ お部屋も可愛く清潔で、でドライヤーもケトルもありました。

Cosy and practical apartment. Light and bright. Good curtains and windows. Fans for the hot summer days. Beds are comfortable. The bikes are a life saviour. As the location is a good 2.5km from the city centre it's a great way to go about and avoid traffic and parking fees. Awesome area for kids with lots of playgrounds close by.
