Overall is excellent. We really love the room which is well designed with great facility & panoramic view. The breakfast is marvelous. The view from our balcony is breathtaking. Would recommend the room number 406. The kitchen & equipment are beyond expected.

Wonderful small boutique style apart hotel, I can't say enough good things about it: very professional and kind staff with spot on recommendations for anything you may need. The apartment had a magnificent view of the Matterhorn and was very large, comfortable, well decorated and outfitted with high end fixtures and appliances. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was really good too with variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and quality cold cuts. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others

I got to see the sunrise over the Matterhorn from my bed every morning, truly breathtaking! The apartment was clean and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, and a Nespresso coffee maker. The bathtub was very much appreciated after long hikes! Breakfast was very tasty. Richard is a wonderful person - kind, helpful, and made me feel extremely welcome. He picked me up and dropped me off at the train station, which would have been difficult to walk with luggage as the hotel is up a hill. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus. It’s close to everything, but away from the noise of the main part of town. The hikes I did around Zermatt were the greatest I’ve ever experienced. What an incredible place! I didn’t want to leave. A nice swimming pool. Available table tennis and Nintendo Wii. The staff was very helpful. Very well equipped kitchen - with toaster and fondue set too
