Overall is excellent. We really love the room which is well designed with great facility & panoramic view. The breakfast is marvelous. The view from our balcony is breathtaking. Would recommend the room number 406. The kitchen & equipment are beyond expected.

awesome and cozy aparthotel. huge 2room apartment with views to the majestic Matterhorn. great service by Brigitte and rest of staff. nice ski-room and sauna. booking a taxi for us and our luggage from and to the train station was a great plus :))

I got to see the sunrise over the Matterhorn from my bed every morning, truly breathtaking! The apartment was clean and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, and a Nespresso coffee maker. The bathtub was very much appreciated after long hikes! Breakfast was very tasty. Richard is a wonderful person - kind, helpful, and made me feel extremely welcome. He picked me up and dropped me off at the train station, which would have been difficult to walk with luggage as the hotel is up a hill. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus. It’s close to everything, but away from the noise of the main part of town. The hikes I did around Zermatt were the greatest I’ve ever experienced. What an incredible place! I didn’t want to leave. The residence is near from train station, and the room is extraordinary because we can do our lunch any time. There are a opportunity to use spa day, and the public transportation is good in front of the hotel

The place was very impressive. Very cozy and comfortable. It has sofa, microwave, dishes and cups. We could cook simple food there. The transportation is also very convenient, which is near to the railway station and many shops. Also near to the view of the mountain. The staff were very nice too. We were give Easter eggs as gift during Easter. It made us feel like home. So nice!
