We had the room on the top floor. The room, the facilities, the view, everything was exceptional. Also the build quality of the room to the last detail was great. The pool was great also, just the right size and great ambient at the pool. Great for kids to have fun and for adults to relax. At breakfast you had a big selection of food. Everything was good. Close to the hotel you have a supermarket, the train to Gornergrat is close as well, the bus stop is also very close. Friendly and helpful staff. If we would come again to Zermatt, we would definitely pick this place again.

The kitchen iwas fully equipped. The location is good if you are visiting Zermatt and you don't plan to ski, close to the train station, close to grocery stores. Clean and quiet.
