This place is amazing. Location is excellent - near beach and many restauatants and coffee shops. Rooms are exceptional. Kitchen is more than fully equipped, there is hot water and fresh drinking water. The bed is massive and super comfy. I can't rate this place highly enough.

Very well located in Bahia Arena, the Residence has everything you need just a stroll away. The apartment had everything I needed, the people managing the property were absolutely fantastic and helpful and I can’t thank them enough for an awesome stay. Plenty of activities to do even if you are not a Kite Surfer, from kayaking the river to an awesome day out paint-balling, ask for tips to make the most of your stay!

Location is perfect, could not ask for a better one! View from our room was stunning, especially in the morning. The staff was very nice and attentive. There is drinking water for the whole stay, also the welcome package included a beer and some sodas as well! It also felt safe.

Everyone seems to have worked there a long time, and they all seem so happy there. A cohesive team from the front desk, to maintenance/grounds, security & housekeeping. All the staff is so professional, and friendly and super helpful. They have an elevator, which is great, in case you have a hard time getting around. We loved watching the kiters out front, so relaxing. There is a sweet restaurant right beside there called Casa Raina, which we went back to. They will help you get a Taxi they usually recommend to all guests, the drivers are very reliable, and got us safely to the airport. So very clean and spacious, with everything you need for cooking in the condo. Would highly recommend! Met guests there that have stayed several times before. Warm and friendly vibe from all the other guests we chatted with there. Everyone just seemed so satisfied and happy. Felt like home for a week, didn't even want to leave:) The ocean out front was so clean, and the pool was fantastic!
