Old building transformed into a co-living space. Another term for apartment style living. Great room quality with everything in one space, full kitchen, laundry in your room and the obvious amenity such as a full bathroom. Key car access to your specific floor which is nice. Office space area, and gym which is pretty good. Top floor had a small restaurant with a great view overlooking the town and river walk area.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the river, cable car, and old town. The rooms were a good size with good electric and natural lighting through 2 large glass doors onto the balcony. We had the 'Vespa' room and enjoyed the pictures and decorations. The sofa was comfortable watching TV and relaxing. I enjoyed the morning frothy coffee and croissants. I recommend catching the cablecar up to the fort, walking out to the war memorial at Mont Jalla, then walking down from the fort to the Archeologic Museum of St Laurent. We enjoyed a wood-fired pizza at Pizzeria Il Vaporetto just across the river from the hotel.
