We are American expats who have traveled the globe extensively and this location is definitely among the top 2 in terms of cleanliness. I’m a clean freak to the max and it takes a lot for me to not feel squeamish in hotels. Here, I felt completely comfortable. I was impressed by the friendly staff and the exceptionally clean and modern rooms. Fridge, Coffee Maker, Instant Coffee, Breakfast until 11:00, Restaurant Options On-Site, Safe Entry Measures, etc. Lovely gem of a place!

The apartment was new, big and comfortable. The indoor pool was fantastic for my young daughter. Being a residents building for older people, it was very quiet. Easy for self catering from the nearby supermarket or Wazemmes market, and just a few minutes walk from the Metro to get into Lille old town quickly. The staff were very sweet and tried to help us whenever needed, despite our poor French.

Located in Lille City Centre, this residence is 700 metres from the Grand Palais and a 15-minute drive from Lille Grand Palais Convention Centre.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment! The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend it for a cozy and convenient home away from home.
