Worth value for money - the place is fully refurbished, cleaned, comfortable will all necessary amendities. It is a busy area by night a bit noisy but otherwise I would definitely recommend it

Lovely modern room with very well equipped kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Very comfortable. Secure parking a bonus. We stayed one night but the room itself would be easily comfortable for a longer stay and is in a good quiet location. Easy it to go to Lille centre. Staff at reception is helpful and friendly. Just to mention that we couldn't find the address on our sat nav. The residence is next to Rue Henri Robert Neu.

The location was superb - right on the Grand Place and a perfect spot to watch the cycling. The staff were so welcoming and treated me very well throughout the entire stay. I was even lucky enough to be upgraded to a stunning apartment! I will absolutely be back!
