All fantastic, the room was nice, warm, quiet (even being at the center of the city) cozy, with great river views. The guest manager was so kind, we had some problems with the keys and the Wifi and he managed it really well. We'll repeat for sure, recommended.

The host really needs to think about how the experience feels for a customer. They charge £180 per night so surely they can deal with any rubbish??? The place was charging hotel rates but trying to run like a self catering establishment with similar rules such as take out your own litter etc, you are either one or the other. Felt like the litter police.

The apartment was spacious and clean with good quality kitchen equipment and comfortable lounge area. Security was a first for us with an app which activated as a door key for the duration of our stay. OK if you don't run out of battery on your phone! Parking was off site but safe and very close.
