Friendly and helpful staff, super clean and comfortable rooms (beds were excellent, AC worked perfectly, bathroom and kitchen was sufficiently equipped and functional). The restaurant downstairs had good food, staff was always friendly and so cheerful. We had breakfast included which was very convenient. The menu was plenty and diverse with fresh fruit and juices, greek yoghurt and much more to choose from. The bar at the pool offered food and drinks and the pool area was never too busy (as off traveling in September). The location was good as bus stops, restaurants, shops and beaches were nearby. However, it also got pretty busy at night and music was playing, though „bed time“ started at midnight which was fine for us. Prices for everything were fair and never too high. We had a great time. Thank you so much :)

Everything was perfect for my short 3 days trip: clean room with a terrace, swimming pool and beach close to each other, beach bar, restaurant with tasty food. The staff was great and polite. Thank you!

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning and new towels every day without any extra costs. Perfect location just across from the beach (about 5 minutes by walk). A lot of bars and restaurants close to the hotel. Definitely recommend this great hotel. The position of the hotel was also a good starting point for trips to other places on the island.

A 9.5* family place! Very cozy place with nice pool and bar. The host was excellent! was glad to meet Socrates who was really helpful - also his family and his father with whom we had some nice morning conversation. The english breakfast was delicious with large chunks of bacon and great choice of coffee. Very highly recommended family place with warm hosts.

We had perfect days at Aktis Dimis and would definetly recommend the hotel to anyone! The location is perfect, only a few meters from Tigaki Beach. The staff is a highlight of the hotel, everyone is incredibly nice and ready to help with anything. We were very happy to have chosen the hotel and already looking forwarrd to come back!

Owners are amazing and frendly. The food is amazing at a good price. Pool is warm, the view on mountain is stunning. Very quiet place to relax. No noise at all although your are at 5/6min walk from the main steet. By car, it is only 20mn from Kos Town, 20mn from airport, 20min from Zia, 20 mn from Mastichari(for Kalymnos), 25 min from Kardamena ( for Nisyros) Parasol are very shade ( so you can stay at the pool all the day). In july, you have the sun in the pool until 07h30PM. I appreciate it a lot. Also sunbed are very confortable. The hotel is surrounded by the nature. At any time of the day, you have sunbeds available.

Ilios Hotel is a team of professionals led by Dimitra to meet all the needs of guests. It is necessary to note the large size of the rooms, which are regularly cleaned. The beds are wide and comfortable. The view out of our room was on the main pool, surrounded by amazing mountains - a stunning view! It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, but you can use a hotel bus, going regularly. This is very useful for families with carriages and materaces)). Beautiful Greek-themed paintings are hung everywhere in the hotel, a whole museum! We should admit a very friendly staff of Ilios! Thanks them a lot!!!! My favorite meal was having breakfast on the terrace - when you look at the salt lakes, drink coffee and listen to good Greek music. Lunches and dinners are served in the restaurant at beautifully set tables. After-parties are held in the pool bar, and evening drinks are served in the main bar, where you can have an evening fun! Recommend!

The stay at the hotel was pleasant from the very beginning. Great communication with the staff. Delicious food, we liked the opportunity to buy delicious dinners for 15 euros (two-course with dessert and salad). Although we paid for a regular room we got the biggest suite. I recommend to anyone, including families with children.
