The flat was lovely, it was like being stuck by time in some way (evokes nostalgia). It had all the facilities and props needed for our instance in Cagliari (kitchen, dishes, a whole set of cutlery), not to mention that the stereo has an excellent CD mix inside (A must-play disk).

Comfortable design of the apartment, a bit of a "scandinavian style"- everything is simple and functional. My flight arrived late in the evening and Antonio sent all the instructions on how to check in on my own, (everything was clear and easy to understand). Kitchen has all you need for cooking, even coffee machine -a great bonus!

Comfortable, spacious apartment with air conditioning. Everything you could need for a week's stay. Easy access to the centre of Cagliari by bus. The receptionist, Patrizia, helped me greatly when I had my documents stolen on the bus. She's a credit to Cagliari and to Residence Montegrappa. Thanks again, Patrizia!

It was extremely easy to check in and out. Parking right out the door. Rooms are very clean and spacious We booked the room for a night because of its proximity to the airport. The next morning, we drove 10 minutes to the airport. The old city is also 10 minutes drive away. For this room, the price was also great.

Laura was instantly responsive to my text enquiries and provided helpful information about Cagliari This is a lovely, new apartment complex across the street from the beach with a bus stop outside the gate for those without a car. The grounds and apartment are exceptional.
