Leonardo is a very hospitable owner. The room was clean, with new furniture and kitchen utensils. The free parking ticket was provided by the residents for the whole of Cervia. The hotel is located 150m away from the city center. 2nd line from the sea.

Everything was much nicer than we were expecting! We stayed in the 1br apartment and absolutely loved the large terrace. It was also so nice to have the bikes to use and to be so close to everything - the beach, the main commercial street, and the nature trails. The wifi was perfect (we had some work video calls while there). Finally, the ladies running the place were so nice and helpful. 100% recommend!

Excellent and friendly staff, we felt like home. My wife and I were in Cervia for the Ironman: if you are planning to stay in Cervia for the same reason the location is perfect, 300 meters from the start line (and 500 meters from the finish line). All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The apartments where we stayed (we have been in two different ones) were excellent and well designed (we have been working remotely for few days and the space was enough for me and my wife). Both apartments had super nice balcony where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. I strongly recommend this place.
