We stayed 2 nights and everything is so nice. Room is clean, parking is sufficient in front the accommodation and its basement garage. There’s plenty resturants , cafe , bar and supermarket nearby. Very good location. Quiet due to the good insulation, even there’s a pub nearby with loud music during the weekend, we didn’t hear anything while the door close.

We had amazing time with my wife in Nuove Terme! Very nice kitchen with all the needed equipment for cooking, huge supermarket nearby with wide choice of products (including seafood). The area is further from Sirmione city centre, therefore it's very quiet there (trust me in high season Sirmione is really really full of tourists and it can get pretty noisy there). You basically feel yourself like a local living in the area of Garda Lake. At the same time it is very easy to get to Sirmione by car, by bus or by foot. But the best part is that you also can go there by bike and this property provides new and comfortable bikes (they are very well maintained). We will definitely come back again! Very comfortable stay in this nice complex of flats. Parking is very easy and you can enjoy a nice apartment, large and decently equipped. The surroundings are calm so your sleep is not bothered. The staff were very nice and helpful. Even in low season, you can find restaurants by walking 10 mn. A very good address to remember.
