Place found "by chance". As we frequently do. We check the opinions, but we are careful when the number of opinions is small. This time we just felt that it is a good choice. And Boy, it was! Otaiba, the owner, is one of the most nice persons we have ever met. He tries to make sure the guests get what they need. Super friendly. Very helpful. We asked about restaurants and next places we want to see, and he proposed to check and helped us with everything. Otaiba started the business just two weeks before the pandemic started, do he was hit before he could have any income. He restarted in the Spring of 2022. We were there in September 2022. He tries very hard to make sure all is well. If anything is to be corrected, he is immediately there to make a change. We intended initially to spend one night there, but after a very long visit to Petra (Otaiba helped us to plan everything, gave lunch boxes and everything) we decided to stay one day longer. Highly recommended. Great place to see Petra and surroundings and great owner with other working their family members. The terrace is being prepared for the guests with tremendous view towards Petra. Everything was fine, the host and his family were very helpful and even let us stay a bit longer after our check out time as we had a few hours to wait for our bus. The room with the bathroom was clean and had everything what we needed for our 2 nights in Petra. It's also possible to order lunch boxes with a sandwich, chips, fruit etc. and get them in the evening before to have everything ready when you go explore Petra early in the morning.

Since there were not many reviews of the property, I was not very sure of booking it but since I needed kitchen during my stay I booked if and oh boy it turned out to be great. So many things to mention: 1. Since the property is located at a height, you get a great view of Wadi at night. 2. The property is new so everything seems fresh. 3. Beds are very comfortable. 4. The breakfast is tasty n served in a very authentic manner. 5. The host is very helpful. 6. The kitchen area is full of things you may need. 7. Parking is available 8. Very affordable Highly recommended to everyone.

Breakfast was not fancy but had a variety of different cheese, ham, bread and eggs and local, seasonal fruit. The staff would be happy to prepare your favorite omlette if asked.

Excellent value hotel with a beautiful rooftop terrace cafe overlooking the town. Spotless a/c rooms, a central location and very friendly and helpful staff who went beyond the normal level of service.

the apartment has 3 big rooms and one big hall. we are a group of 5 and has occupied each rooms. 2 of us even chose to sleep in the sofa because it was comfortable. The owner Ali has been so hospitable. It made our stay more comfortable. he has given us some tips and it was very helpful. Ali’s hospitality is really exceptional. He had prepared authentic Jordanian breakfast and dinner for us and its really good. We enjoyed the coffee and tea served by Ali. All I can say is you’ll never go wrong once you booked this place. Its just amazing.
