We stayed in penthouse and it was amazing! Big and cozy rooms with a/c, beautiful seaview from the balcony and everything elde you need, like stove, dishwasher and coffee machine. You will meet friendly staff and of course owners of the villa, Anna and Andrey, who can help you with any questions you may have. Thank you for amazing vacation!

This is a beautiful apartment with the most stunning views over the Bay of Risan. Sergei was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and the whole place has a homely feel. There were no guests coming until late the day we left and he allowed an extra few hours stay free of charge. One really nice experience.

Authentic old small village, the place where you can relax and feel the atmosphere of old history. Excellent location with lovely views. There are 2 cozy pools and sunbeds. Excellent breakfests with local food. Few lovely small sea villages nearby. Wild nature around, no crowd, the place to relax. Very friendly and kind host and staff. Overall, the experience was amazing. Demir was extremely friendly and cooperative pre and during our stay. He was very prompt with replying to our messages and very cooperative of our requests. He is an amazing host as he recommended us a nice place for dinner with really good food and dropped us and picked us up from the restaurant. He also provided us free shuttle service to the airport. It was very nice of him! Demir gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room with a nice view. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside is the size of the bed. It is slightly small but negligible. The location of the room was perfect because we were able to see a beautiful sunset through our balcony. The surroundings of the hotel are nice too. There is a very nice pool with a nice view of the sea. The location of the hotel is nice if you have a car. It is a bit difficult to get to the hotel with public transportation. But Demir offered us a pick up from our bus stop too. Overall, it is a great place to stay at with very hospitable and cooperative staff. Highly, highly recommended!
