Good location, amazing view from terrace and upper deck. Rooms are comfortable and kitchen is fully equipped. There is barbeque that you can use at upper deck with sunbeds and sunbrellas. Great communication with host. I highly recommend!

This property exceeded our expectations. We were amazed from the moment we walked in. Very spacious, modern and clean apartment . Good wifi signal. Good location, close to restaurants and two markets with fresh fruits, vegetables and much more. Best hospitality we ever experienced. Nikola is very professional and friendly. He goes above and beyond to make sure that hos customers are happy. Quiet area, perfect for families with kids. Golf cart transport to the beach and back. I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting Sveti Stefan.

The staff is amazingly friendly. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect - the beach is 1 minute out of the hotel and you can behold the sea just from the appartement.

area around the accommodation was newly built with some construction remains in some places. but nothing we disturbed. incredibly close to the beach which is super good for families with children. the supermarket around the corner and the restaurant by the beach.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the apartment for 1 month. The place is perfect for a long-term stay. It's a beautiful and peaceful garden setting, close (5 min walk) to the beach and bars and restaurants but without the noise. We both had family come to visit during our time here, and the apartment has a sofabed that was comfortable for guests. We were also able to book a second room for a little more space and privacy. What really sets Stone Villa apart is the hospitality of the hosts. Enis and Okan were so welcoming and have really made us feel like we are at home. They were quick to provide anything we asked, and they both have great energy and positive attitude. I'd recommend staying here for a vacation, and especially for a working holiday if you need a change of scenery. We are able to cook dinner in the well stocked kitchen and eat on the terrace. The quiet location and fresh air are good for focus. We liked it so much we extended our stay!
