We loved this place! The apartment style was perfect for our family of 3. Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. We were happy to have a lounge room and access to laundry facilities. Easily walked to and around the city center. Sufficient food options in the vicinity.

These apartments are very modern , clean & in a very convenient location . The underground parking was an excellent addition as was the full width balcony .

Cleanliness of facilities, spacious room with spa bath which was lovely to use after along night at a wedding to relax. Also am a washing machine and dryer which comes in handy with a long stay and of course free wifi to help arrange/view available restaurants, activities in christchurch.

It was just what we expected. For a first time traveling to Christchurch from Fiji, we had our money well spent at this place as we only wanted a place that is affordable, safe and can fit the group. The host was so accommodating and friendly. She was always available and really made our trip enjoyable. The two bedroom apartments the we booked were enough for the group of 9 athletes and 3 officials. We were surprised that we did not experience any of what we read in the review.
