It was and amazing time! It was just one night but it was worth it. The place was super clean and comfortable . It has been very thing the room is full equipped and the garden is really good with a nice pool and a bbq available to use it when ever you want. Also you can have a nice view from the roof top. It was an incredible end for our holidays.

Another of the many conveniences that Vila Emigrante offers to its guests is ample parking facilities. Warm and welcoming staff including the ones at the front office Uber Bolt services are not prevalent in Sao Miguel islands, so if need be they can arrange a taxi which is slightly expensive as compared to Porto and Lisbon. But bus stop is also available right outside the property. Spacious rooms facing the sea which was amazing with sun beds also provided in the balcony including small table and chairs. So, when greeted with good sunny weather it feels excellent staying in the balcony. Bathroom a bit small but wasn’t a problem at all for us Portable heaters are available in the room and we had to ask for one more since end of February felt too cold to us even though islands are a bit on the warmer side as compared to mainland Portugal. Good breakfast every morning with milk juices yougurt, cornflakes and likes, cheese ham butter and different breads.

The hotel really offers it all! The rooms themselves are super nicely decorated and modern, the breakfast in the morning offers local products and can be customized to one‘s liking, there is nice restaurantes as well as a beach close by, it really has it all! Most outstanding though is the super helpful and friendly customer service. We had some issues with our rental car and received outstanding help right away early in the morning. We would defined stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation on Sao Miguel :)

We stayed at Alto for one week and it was a great place to stay. We were messaged through whatsapp that our room was ready early which was very nice. When we arrived we were introduced to the facility by a very nice young gentleman called Joel and he provided us with all the information on the facility and also took us to see the room. The room was very nice and very new with a very nice fully equipped kitchen a nice dining/living room area an excellent bathroom and a spacious bedroom. Joel also showed us the gym, spa and outdoor pool which were all very nice and again spotlessly clean. There is also a safe in the room which is nice added feature. We parked the car which takes a bit of care and maneuvering, I actually found it easier to go to the top of the hill turn around and enter the garage coming down the hill but that was just my choice. The hotel is in a good location and maybe a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. breakfast was provide to us and you would submit your order through whatapp the night before and it would get delivered to your room in the morning, there is a good selection on the menu and enough to get you going in the morning and everything was very fresh. They have a maid service and they would come in every day when we were out and freshen the place up which was great, always good to leave a little token of appreciation for the people looking after you. Overall we loved our stay at Alto and would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family or stay there again for us in the future. The hotel is great value and kept spotlessly clean.

Location was excellent in relation to shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment was roomy with everything necessary to relax and enjoy our stay. Breakfast of our choice was served to our door every morning. Fabulous selections for breakfast. Staff was incredibly helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay in Ponta Delgada! The apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and wellequipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Claudio and Paulo provided phenomenal attention to detail, and we extended our stay to experience another one of their properties, which was also great.
