Location is perfect for theme parks. Room is big, clean, and new. Appliances are modern (I really love the oven and washing machine which has good dryer function). There are also two very big TV (larger than 55”, I think between 65-70”). Service is excellent. The receptionist James and Porter Frank were very attentive and informative. I would also like to thank the Indonesian guy from housekeeping and also the rest of the housekeeping team. They all did very good job and fulfilled our request well. We had a really wonderful stay and will definitely stay again in the future.

Grand Mercure Residence is located in the centre of the city, close by all prime business and shopping destinations. Very comfortable, clean rooms and the Concierge were extremely helpful with helping to plan tour.

The room was big and comfy, no noise and we had everything needed in the room & kitchenette (pan, kettle,....) It was also all very clean and the room service perfect! Thank you also so early check-in :) The pool and jacuzzi on the roof were definitely a big plus, great to spend some time there with our baby.

Service in this hotel exceeds expectations. Entire staff from reception, cleaning staff in rooms, to breakfast staff is beyond nice and polite. They are helpful, proactive, customer service is really 10 stars. Rendal and Oli from reception are amazing, their proactiveness is great, I never experienced such smart, detailed oriented, problem solving skills. Hotels location and apartment are perfect, also access to Yas beach is great option really,food for breakfast could be a bit better, every morning is same,

With panoramic views of Al Maryah Island and Abu Dhabi city, Hala Arjaan by Rotana, Deluxe Hotel Apartments offers contemporary furnished and fully equipped hotel apartments in the middle of Abu... clean rooms, nice linen and comfortable beds housekeeping staff and dining area staff were really nice, friendly and helpful! I would especially mention Mr. Bishoy at the reception, thanks to him for overall support!
