The place was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, the AC and TV very new, shower and bath were better than a hotel. Service was even better. The owner took the initiative and called me to make sure I arrived okay even though it was way past check-in time and almost midnight.

We didn't use the washing machine or anything as was only there for one night. Nice big balcony with view of the tennis club below. Kind of weird location. neighbourhood is quite residential but the hotel less than 5 mins walk to old town area which is lovely and 10 mins down to the beach. Staff were very friendly, especially Gennadiy who was very helpful and communicative.

The apartment was clean, close to the beach, with a nice sea view. The host was friendly and helpful. The Governors Beach area is a gem for those who don't need the rush of large beach resorts - it was not crowded (during my stay in June), several smaller beaches were divided by rock formations but connected through the sea, with restaurants and bars in the area. Even though the area is quite remote, it is still close to the highway and reachable also by public bus in the summer season.
