The place is very clean, well-maintained, nicely designed. Our room was always cleaned every day. The shower was great. Everything you’ll need - is available in the room (basic needs). The location is the best! It’s right in the center of Madrid & close to restos, supermarkets, & sights. Highly recommend this place!

L'Oriente Palace es troba al centre de Madrid, a només 1 minut a peu del Palau Reial i a 400 m de la plaça Mayor. L'establiment ofereix apartaments i habitacions amb WiFi gratuïta. We loved our stay, such an iconic building, very historic place in a modern style. Our room had a great view of the Palacio, we loved the Oriente street and the surroundings. Everywhere is within walking distance. And of course Mihaela is such a sweet person! We just loved her. Muchas gracias por todos Mihaela, hasta la próxima!

The bus stops right on the side The request for an additional bed was obliged by the hotel. Very quiet and clean rooms. Amazing view of the Palace from the terrace. Plaza de Espana which is less than 5mins walk from the hotel is the most lovely place to be, day and night.
