We were immediately greeted by him upon early arrival and he was the kindest, letting us check into the room early to clean ourselves up a little before heading out to explore Madrid. The room was beautifully decorated, bed was incredibly comfortable. Attention to detail on every single thing. Even fresh bottle of water placed inside the fridge to cool down from the Madrid. Location is incredible, it was a great stay.

First of all, the amability, respect, courtesy and care that we received the first second we stepped into the property is unparalleled. Mihaela is the best receptionist/host we have ever met, and her colleagues are sweet too. (I almost cancelled the reservation after reading some negative comments.) Ours was a room with a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The description listed it at 269 sq ft, but it is much larger than it was described. Elegant, clean, and super customer service. The elevator is a plus, and the location is super. Very quiet, safe and it is lovely to see kids playing at the park just across the property (no noise with the doors closed). AC works fine, and there is a very good water pressure in the shower.
