The place is charming and delightfully decorated. James is a wonderful attentive host, he’s thoughtful and charming. We were immediately greeted by him upon early arrival and he was the kindest, letting us check into the room early to clean ourselves up a little before heading out to explore Madrid. The room was beautifully decorated, bed was incredibly comfortable. Attention to detail on every single thing. Even fresh bottle of water placed inside the fridge to cool down from the Madrid. Location is incredible, it was a great stay.

Great location in the center of town, near major tourist sights and shopping. Well equipped apartment. Having an extra bathroom in the 1 BR apt was especially nice!

Set in Madrid City Centre, just a 1-minute walk from the Royal Palace and 400 metres from Plaza Mayor Square, Oriente Palace offers apartments and rooms with free WiFi. Super satisfied. Central, beautiful room, extremely comfy bed,clean, spacious and in a nice area. The staff was super helpful and always with a smile. Highly recommended.

They gave great tips on where to visit with free maps. The hotel has a beautiful vintage car collection which you can visit for free. Thank you Kristina for the wonderful tour of the car collection and the additional tips. The hotel is easily accessible from two metro stations. The bus stops right on the side The request for an additional bed was obliged by the hotel. Very quiet and clean rooms. Amazing view of the Palace from the terrace. Plaza de Espana which is less than 5mins walk from the hotel is the most lovely place to be, day and night.
