A special mention about Lisa the receptionist who sourced a fan for us for the room since I have claustrophobia issues. We were unable to communicate in French to our hotel reception in Chamonix so she voluntarily pitched in and sorted our issue which took her almost 25 minutes.. and she did it with a smile. So apart from the hotel being the best in Annecy it was Lisa who added that personal touch, which made our stay memorable and will love to visit again.

It has free Wi-Fi. A really lovely, very clean and modern apartment in the heart of Annecy, location could not be better. Owner was easy to deal with after a change of check in time and took his time to show us around the apartment. Split over two levels the recently converted apartment has been built to a very high specification, specifically the shower which is an experience on it's own! Bed was very comfy but unfortunately as we were only there for a one night stop over we never really got to use the kitchen and lounge areas which were fully equipped and very inviting with a gas fire. Great place to stay.
