The building is brand new and it is absolutely stunning - the design is very sleek and modern, everything is decorated with taste and super super clean. Our apartment was huuge with lots of space, two balconies and a view towards the sea and sunset. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. The pool is a very nice addition if you don't want to spend every day at the beach. There is also a small gym in the basement. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and everything freshly prepared. The staff was also super friendly, always making sure that everything was fine. The building is located just 2 minutes away from the Promajna beach with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, so everything is close by. And if you wish to visit the nearby Makarska in the evening, it takes just 10-15 minutes by car. The building also has free parking - both in front and in the parking garage.

The host was very kind and the apartment was spotless clean and equipped very well. Everything in it is brand new. The location of the apartment is perfect, you need less than 2 min to get to the beach and your private parking and supermarket are within 50 meters. I would definitely recommend Felix facilities to everybody!

Era muito bonito, moderno, bem decorado e espaçoso. Os halls e receção era cheirosos, era de facto muito agradável. Tinha todas as condições para refeições rápidas. A varanda tinha vista mar e um estendal que dá sempre muito jeito para as roupas de praia secarem. O pequeno almoço era ótimo, com imensa variedade de tudo (ovos, pastelaria, pão, fruta, sumos, etc). A localização também era muito boa, super perto da praia. Tinha estacionamento privativo, trata-se de uma garagem subterrânea. Recomendamos muito!

Just a few steps from the beach, Hotel Central Beach 9 is located right on the vibrant seaside promenade in Makarska. It offers an on-site restaurant and air-conditioned room and apartments. Everything - it was directly across from the beach, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean, big and beautiful, and terrace had a lovely view.

Everything was very clean and the location is very good. The nearest beach is 1min away from the apartment. The pool is nice and clean, the temperature of the water was good. The apartment is very big and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious and has many options.

The apartment is located in Hotel Central Beach 9, on the top floor, so the location is incredible, right above the promenade and above the beach. The view is priceless. The apartment was very modern, it had a great bathroom, a very comfortable bed, a kitchen ... although you don't really need it because all the restaurants are right below the apartment. The accommodation has incredibly favorable location that is beachfront and few minutes away from the center. In the walking distance you can find numerous grocery stores with different price range so it can suit everyone. Restaurants are only 2 minutes away and all along the beach. We have been surprised with the big variety of cutlery and appliances available in the apartment. Everything was tidy and clean. The view from the balcony is definitely an additional advantage. We are extremely grateful to the hosts as they were supportive and helped us with all requests to make our stay as much comfortable as possible. We will be happy to return again to this place next year.
