Offering free private parking, Residenza Mini Hotel - RTA e Appartamenti Vacanza is 1 km from the beach in Lacona, on Elba Island. The centre of Capoliveri is a 15-minute drive away. Great location with wonderful view. The hotel has a private parking near the Lacona beach, and this is a great plus even in the evening, as free local parking is scarce. Staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel provides a list of very good restaurants that give a discount to the hotel’s patrons.

Residence Reale is set on Reale Bay, 200 metres from the nearest beach and 2 km outside Porto Azzurro. It offers outdoor pools for adults and children, a playground and free parking. Our view from one of the corner units was absolutely incredible. The place was perfectly clean both in the room and on the grounds. Folks were friendly.

Belvedere Residenza Mediterranea features an amazing furnished garden with pool and panoramic views of the sea. It is located in north Portoferraio, on the Elba Island. We really enjoyed our stay at Belvedere, the private suite we had just by the pool, the size of the room, super well furnished and equipped with everything you might need to arrange yourself a nice breakfast or picnic. The grounds are very well kept, with a lovely garden embracing the property overlooking the city/sea. Tomasso was quick, responsive, helpful, a true host.

Offering a barbecue and views of the sea, Villa Cecilia - Appartamenti is situated in Procchio in the Elba Region, 42 km from San Vincenzo. Follonica is 44 km from the property. Very friendly owner. Always available if some help was needed. Cecilia and her Husband treated us in a very friendly way.

Situated in Marina di Campo, Residence Il Pavone provides accommodation with a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. Complimentary WiFi is offered. There is a seating and a dining area in all units. The location is excellent, the gardens are really nice. The flats were not luxurious but functional and clean. The check in worked well, communication good.

Residence Il Mandorlo is located 1 km from the beach in Lacona, on the Isle of Elba. It features a free tennis court, garden with children’s playground, BBQ and table tennis facilities. We loved our stay! The apartment was comfortable: nice airco, good beds, nice kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, nice balcony, large swimmingpool with beds and parasols. Serena was super nice and helpful. She even let us use two of their chairs to take to the beach which was very nice for my pregnant body :) The breakfast was very nice with different kinds of bread, some hams and cheese, sweet toppings and a variety of pies. You can park your car for free and it is possible to charge your electric vehicle. There is a mini market close to the residence and a beach at a 2 minute drive where there are a lot of free parking spaces for the guests of Il Mandorlo. Thank you for the amazing stay! When we ever visit Elba again, we will definitely come back to this place.

Ca' La Stella Sea-view Apartments, a property with a garden, is situated in Porto Azzurro, 1.5 km from Lido Beach, 2.5 km from Zuccale Beach, as well as 12 km from Villa San Martino. We loved our stay here, the rooms were large and clean and the view was amazing. Special thank-you to the owner who was kind enough to drop us down the road when we needed a lift! Be aware though that to reach this beautiful view it does require quite a steep long hill so I would recommend a taxi to the property or a car when you arrive with luggage.

Situated in Nisporto and only 500 metres from Nisporto Beach, Elba Island Resort Pool & Tennis features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is the perfect stay for a family, functional, budget-friendly, and excellent staff, both friendly and accomodating. Easy walk to a pebble beach and a restaurant, plus a nice pool and bar at the hotel. The kitchen was nicely appointed to make meals throughout our stay.
