The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with very good recommendations for food and everything we needed. The room was very cozy, super clean and had everything that we needed. We felt like home

Palazzo Gamba is located right in front of Florence's Cathedral. It offers uniquely designed apartments with air conditioning and fully equipped kitchenette. Best location and the staff is so kind. Thanks for the everything.

Hotel Relais Piazza Signoria sa nachádza na rohu námestia Piazza Signoria, len pár krokov od galérie Uffizi. This is a small relais in the very heart of Florence. The rooms are ultra clean and serviced with nice bathrooms. The service is spectacular....they really care. The price is simply outrageously low and they give great advice on restaurants, etc. All in all the best value for money anywhere!!!

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. Lovely place! loved the nature around, the old but well refreshed furniture and room style, the kindness and welcoming of the ladies at the reception.

Ubytovanie numa I Felice Rooms & Apartments sa nachádza v centre mesta Florencia neďaleko zaujímavých miest Palác Pitti, Palác Strozzi a Kostol Santa Maria Novella. The location was perfect. The room had enough space for luggage and it was super clean. The luggage storage at the hall was a plus.

Ubytovanie Dimora Collection - Le Torri - Boutique Luxury Suites - Adults Only sa nachádza vo Florencii 3 min. Lorenzo communicated with us (in English) prior to our arrival to ensure we had all of the information. We walked from the train station (about 15 min) and had no trouble finding it. It is very near the duomo (about a 1 min walk), as well as all the famous plazas and museums. We found the electronic entry to be easy and convenient. There is an elevator, but we enjoyed taking the stairs up to the top level for the exercise. We never saw anyone else in the building and felt very safe. The windows of the apartment are excellent and when they are closed you don't hear anything from outside. They also have nice blackout curtains, which we didn't find anywhere else on our stay in Italy. The room had a large couch, king bed, and the best pillows in Europe so far. Lighting and plugs (and USB ports) where you'd want them to be; Netflix and Prime on the TV; great hot water and pressure in the bathroom with nice, large towels. The kitchen was great with all kinds of pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, etc. Olive oil and salt provided, no pepper. They provided as many coffee pods as we wanted, as well as little snacks and cookies--and filtered water. Lorenzo ensured we knew how to work everything in the kitchen and the room, and it was exceptionally clean and modern. We also stored our luggage for a few hours on the penthouse landing and had no problem. Lorenzo responded via messenger in Booking.com almost instantly when we had any questions. The price was worth the modern apartment, the space, and the location.
