Open from December 2016, Aya Niseko boasts an open-air natural hot spring bath and provides direct access to Grand Hirafu Resort’s ski lifts. A beautiful spacious room with a huge bed. Beautiful location. They provided a buzz of little cakes in the room. Had lots of facilities that unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of due to a really short stay. Staff organised a free early morning transfer(6am) to the Kutchan train station.

We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

Its professional in its service yet down to the earth in its provisions of the accommodation. Sweet spot for my family.

Room was well heated and feel very comfortable even in winter. You will preferably have a car with you so you can get to the ski field and town for food and shopping The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Great location, located right in Susukino where there are tons of food and entertainment options. Subway station is located nearby and we took a taxi back to Sapporo Station which was pretty cheap as well. Access was easy using door codes and the rooms are very comfortable. Washer/dryer and small kitchen are nice amenities. Highly recommended!!

We love everything Fresh Powder has to offer. Room is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Kitchen and dinning area with a view. There are laundry, which is good for us. Location is superb. Staff is very helpful, giving us a lot of tips which making our stay more fun. Love it here, we'd recommend this apartment to our friends and will return to stay here again.

It can be a bit of a hike from the Gondola etc but with the free shuttle busses running you’ll be dropped off 2 minutes away from the property.
