In the Sumida Ward district of Tokyo, close to Yokoamicho Park, Petit Grande Miyabi features a bar and a washing machine. With free WiFi, this 3-star aparthotel offers a lift and full-day security. We had everything we needed and the staff was very very helpful and friendly. Rooftop has excellent view. We also love the location because its not so full like other districts. We would definitely come back at this hotel for our next trip to Tokyo.

Section L Ueno-Hirokoji is a recently renovated aparthotel in the centre of Tokyo, 100 metres from Kamezumiinari Shrine and 200 metres from Matsuzakaya Ueno. We liked this property so much, that we re-arranged our itinerary to extend our stay here; even booking three different rooms. 1) Location: When traveling with the family, for me, the most important item is Location, and this property has the best location in Tokyo. 10 blocks from Akihabara, 2 blocks from train and metro (spanning multiple lines), 2 stations from Tokyo Station. You are located in a super nice area, quiet area (zero noises during the night), with a lot of services, but not overburdened with crowds. 2) Room size & equipment: rooms are spacious, with excellent equipment (full/small kitchen), beds are comfortable (not so much the tatamis, but they were ok for the kids), AND a fully functional in-room washing/drying machine, that was a bless for an extended stay. 3) Staff: they were ALWAYS helpful, they managed English well enough, and they were a joy to interact with. Wrap-up: this is a small hotel where you can feel at home in Tokyo; we felt super comfy and would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much to the whole staff!!

Section L Tsukiji provides accommodation within less than 1 km of the centre of Tokyo, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware. The staff at L Tsukiji are very friendly and helpful. Fluent in English too. It's location is perfect. Close to everything you need. It's cleanliness and value for money is excellent. We will definitely come back and will recommend this place to friends and relatives.

Section L Hatchobori is set in the Chuo Ward district of Tokyo, 300 metres from Sakuragawa Monument, 500 metres from Shintomi Inari Shrine and 600 metres from Edo Bay Opening Port Monument. Incredibly friendly reception staff and decent size rooms for the price. Large TV which can play YouTube, Netflix etc. Nice little kitchenette and bathroom area with washing machine.
