This is a beautiful apartment with the most stunning views over the Bay of Risan. Sergei was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and the whole place has a homely feel. There were no guests coming until late the day we left and he allowed an extra few hours stay free of charge. One really nice experience.

The beach is literally 4 meters from the main gate. The location has some very good restaurants less than 100 meters from the room. I can not recommend this enough,

Apart-hotel Villa Lav conveniently offers direct access to a private beach area and a sun terrace with sun loungers. We stayed in penthouse and it was amazing! Big and cozy rooms with a/c, beautiful seaview from the balcony and everything elde you need, like stove, dishwasher and coffee machine. You will meet friendly staff and of course owners of the villa, Anna and Andrey, who can help you with any questions you may have. Thank you for amazing vacation!

Lovely team and staff especially Alexandra, she was professional supervisor to help and guide us wherever. I recommend this hotel and we will revisit this hotel in the future.
